As Senior Project Manager at The University of Texas at Austin, I was proud to lead the creative and logistical execution of the Texas Impact website—a flagship digital platform designed to spotlight the university’s public policy research, community partnerships, and statewide impact. The goal was to translate UT’s academic work into a compelling, story-driven experience accessible to a broader audience. With an aggressive two-week timeline, success meant precision, collaboration, and a steady hand at the helm.
I oversaw the production of more than 100 digital assets to support 21+ feature stories, collaborating with writers, editors, designers, and web developers under tight deadlines. Each element—from custom visuals to layout components—had to meet UT branding standards while clearly supporting the narrative goals of the site. I served as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring that deliverables were created, reviewed, and implemented on schedule.
In addition to managing the day-to-day tasks, I provided regular status updates to executive leadership, identified and removed blockers, and facilitated real-time troubleshooting to keep the project moving forward. My approach balanced efficiency with creative integrity, ensuring that the final product delivered both in form and function.
The Texas Impact website launched on time, offering visitors a dynamic, user-friendly way to engage with the university’s research and outreach. The project not only elevated UT’s digital presence but also demonstrated the value of strong project leadership in high-pressure creative environments.
This initiative remains one of my proudest accomplishments—proof that even under challenging timelines, thoughtful planning and purposeful collaboration can bring a complex digital vision to life.
