Over the course of my career, I’ve specialized in leading PMIS implementations that help creative and communications teams transition from fragmented processes to streamlined, scalable systems. These initiatives have improved visibility, accountability, and efficiency—whether supporting global marketing at a semiconductor company or managing cross-functional workflows at a major public university.

At NXP Semiconductors, I led the full rollout of Workfront in late 2016, taking the lead on implementation, onboarding, and training. In under 90 days, I established a centralized platform for the global marketing team to manage and track creative projects across departments. My role included stakeholder engagement, system configuration, and team-wide adoption. The result: a faster, clearer, and more efficient project intake and execution process that scaled with the team’s growing needs.

At The University of Texas at Austin, I spearheaded three major PMIS implementations over a six-year period, adapting tools to meet the department’s evolving needs. In 2017, I led the implementation of Workfront for the University Communications team. After four months, the system was fully operational. However, the platform was ultimately found to be more robust—and more expensive—than necessary for the team.

In response, I recommended and implemented Hive in 2018. The system offered a leaner, more intuitive interface and better matched the team’s size and workflow. Hive successfully supported hundreds of active and completed projects for several years.

By 2022, following a departmental reorganization and significant team growth, I helped lead the collaborative rollout of Asana—a platform chosen through leadership and staff consensus. I supported onboarding, training, and system documentation, ensuring a smooth transition from Hive.

Each of these implementations reflects my ability to assess needs, lead change, and execute with purpose—turning project management systems into tools that empower people to do their best work.
