As Senior Project Manager & Film Location Manager at The University of Texas at Austin, I led several major film and TV productions on campus. Filming on the Forty Acres meant working closely with university leadership, production crews, and external partners to coordinate complex logistics. These projects raised UT Austin’s national visibility and required clear communication, fast decision-making, and a steady hand under pressure.
AppleTV+: The Last Thing He Told Me
For the AppleTV+ limited series The Last Thing He Told Me, starring Jennifer Garner, I managed a week-long shoot across multiple campus locations. I coordinated a crew of over 100 people, balanced production needs with campus operations, and ensured the university’s protocols were followed every step of the way. This project required detailed planning, flexibility, and real-time problem-solving to keep everything moving smoothly.
HBO: Love and Death
I also supported HBO’s Love and Death, a five-day production based at the LBJ School and Thompson Conference Center. I worked across departments to align schedules, manage facility access, and keep things running efficiently—all while preserving the university’s daily rhythm. My role was to keep everyone on the same page while protecting UT’s brand and space.
NBC: The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
When The Tonight Show taped at Bass Concert Hall, I helped transform UT into a late-night stage. I managed production logistics, coordinated with talent teams, and oversaw audience planning—all under tight timelines. The success of this event reflected strong collaboration and the ability to deliver under pressure.
Filming on the Forty Acres was more than just location management—it was strategic leadership, brand stewardship, and a behind-the-scenes role in showcasing UT Austin on the national stage.
